Enjoy a private oasis this summer!

Our adorable 3 bed, 2 bath cottage home has been updated throughout.  The living room is the perfect place to enjoy a movie with surround sound, 3 tone paint, crown molding, modern wainscoting, and ceiling fan.  The master bedroom is relaxing with a walk in closet, reading nook and a luxurious master bath with a jetted tub and beautiful tile.  The kitchen boasts lovely light fixtures with newer appliances.  Our home has 9 foot high ceilings in the living room, kitchen, bath, and master bed.  If you seek a home with personality, this is the one for you.  You will enjoy the bright, open layout.  There are a lot of windows in our home and I had Hunter Douglas 2 inch faux wood blinds installed in most of them.  The new high efficient furnace will keep you comfortable as well as your utilities.  We have a one car detached garage as well as a large shed with electricity near the back of our lot.    
You will love the large backyard with tons of large shade trees.  It is completely fenced in and feels very private because of all the trees.  Our half acre lot is set back off the road and goes to the middle of the Logan River. (Don't worry, never a flood risk.)   Water rights for irrigation are available at a minimal cost.  You will enjoy your own private fishing hole if you venture past the locked gate.  We have many perennial beds,  a large garden area, dog kennel, sand box, and a tree fort for little ones.  We have created many private sitting areas that are perfect for relaxing with a glass of lemonade and a good book.  We are located right off Main Street and close to many conveniences but also enjoy a peaceful, serene atmosphere.  I have had a few people ask me about animal rights.  Logan City did say that one large animal would be fine.  (as in a horse)
